A patient has never worn contact lenses and desires them for appearance reasons.  She is 23 years old and indicates she has worn spectacles for 8 years.  She works in an office and enjoys playing racketball.  The clinical findings are:

Spectacle Rx: -2.75 = -0.25 x 180
K-readings: 45.00 @ 180; 45.00 @ 090
No ocular health or abnormal findings.
